How does it work?

• The International Intangible Management Standards Institute can create the look and feel of your marketing image in the software
• Customization is performed for members of the Institute at $US245 per hour, and non-members for US$395.

What's the investment?

• The Intangible Intelligence Health Check will be customized to your exact requirements, brand image look and feel
• The investment to have the software co-branded in your company's image is US$245pa per month plus 20% of embedded customization paid quarterly
• This means that if you spend 4 hours customizing the software (4 x $245 = $980) to get it to your ideal branded image, then an incremental quarterly fee of $49 (20% of $980 / 4) is added to the base licensing fee of $245, making the quarterly fee $294.
• Under co-branded arrangements we allow you to sell the software.  Sales licensing terms require a 25% licensing fee of gross revenue to cover international intangible standards licensing requirements.
• We continue to provide all help pages, software updates, hosting, and customization requirements for clients.  We do permit you to host the software on your own servers for client access.
• You may also give away the software free of charge to clients - which we encourage.  Doing this provides them with powerful benefits and you with increased marketing effectiveness, reputation, and brand lock-in.

Can I do co-branding without paying?

No.  The paid option is required as this is pure customization and licensing for sales and marketing purposes.
